2. Eligibility

• Minors may only use the platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
• You confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

3. Services

• Retail health plans
• Telemedicine consultations
• Healthcare providers and partner facilities
• Wallet-based healthcare payments
• Claims processing
• Woot Health does not replace emergency medical services.

4. Medical Disclaimer

• Woot Health does not provide medical advice directly.
• All medical services are delivered by licensed healthcare professionals.
• In case of an emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.

5. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
• You agree to notify Woot Health immediately of any unauthorized access.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Plans, Payments & Wallet

• Health plans are valid for a fixed duration as stated at purchase.
• Wallet funds are non-refundable and can only be used for healthcare services.
• Upgrading a plan resets the plan cycle unless otherwise stated.

7. Claims & Reimbursements

• Claims must be submitted with valid documentation.
• Approval is subject to plan coverage and verification.
• Woot Health reserves the right to reject invalid or fraudulent claims.

8. Provider Network

• Services are covered only within the Woot Health provider network unless stated otherwise.
• Woot Health is not responsible for services rendered outside the network.

9. Prohibited Use

• Use the platform for unlawful activities.
• Provide false medical or personal information.
• Interfere with system security or performance.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, and software belong to Woot Health and may not be used without permission.

11. Limitation of Liability
